Message	if what Steamy says is true, just call them yourself and file the complaint against the insurance you got on the package. That should fix the problem. I swear, I don't see what's so hard about this. If Steamy called cussing at you that was wrong. But it sure as hell doesn't sound to me like you are trying to solve the problem very well either. All I know is that if I got the merchandise in the condition Steamy says it is in, I would be pissed off too. Just try and work with him and I'm sure it can be resolved. Greg (Dallas)
